TECHNICAL OFFICE – (RENOVATIONS AND REFURBISHMENTS)

We process energy certificates and certificates of occupancy, among other documents. These steps are crucial for increasing the value of any property, as well as for offering you and your loved ones a better quality of life if the property is your place of abode. If you are a businessperson or the owner of a business building (offices, industrial building or commercial premises) or residential property, our GRUP4 Technical Office is on hand if you wish to adapt and/or optimise your professional facilities. We handle the official certificates and documents required by the authorities (local councils, Government of Catalonia, Spanish authorities…), in line with the regulations in force at any given time.

Our services include refurbishments, renovations, projects and site management, repairs and maintenance, energy certificates, technical building inspection reports, certificates of solidity and certificates of occupancy.

ADMINISTRATION OF OWNERS’ ASSOCIATIONS

  • Calling and holding of ordinary and extraordinary meetings of owners’ associations. We also offer the option of hosting them in our offices.

  • Drawing up of budgets and setting of fees for the property owners in line with the budget.

The fees for processing late payment demands are included within the administration fees.
