TECHNICAL OFFICE – (RENOVATIONS AND REFURBISHMENTS)

We process energy certificates and certificates of occupancy, among other documents. If you are a businessperson or the owner of a business building (offices, industrial building or commercial premises) or residential property, our GRUP4 Technical Office is on hand if you wish to adapt and/or optimise your professional facilities. We handle the official certificates and documents required by the authorities (local councils, Government of Catalonia, Spanish authorities…), in line with the regulations in force at any given time.

Our services include refurbishments, renovations, projects and site management, repairs and maintenance, energy certificates, technical building inspection reports, certificates of solidity and certificates of occupancy.

ADMINISTRATION OF OWNERS’ ASSOCIATIONS

  • Calling and holding of ordinary and extraordinary meetings of owners’ associations. We also offer the option of hosting them in our offices.
